The Los Altos Hills Pathways RUN requires several race day volunteers (15-20) as
well as a few volunteers helping to prepare, promote and organize
the event before race day. The volunteers are what make
this run an enjoyable and successful event for the runners and community.
Many volunteers often still have time to run the fun run and still
help during registration or other jobs. If you are interested in volunteering for the run,
please send an email to Scott Vanderlip Scott@inet-sciences.com or call (650) 948-6455.

When do we need volunteers:
We need most of our volunteers to come at 8 AM and stay until about 11 AM although we are very flexible on the amount of time one can volunteer.
We can use 3-4 volunteers between 7 AM and 8 AM and some other volunteers to stay between 11 and 12 noon for event take down.
If volunteers can be at Westwind barn about 8 AM, this will provide enough time to explain the registration processes and get other groups setting up water tables in time to position themselves on the course before the 9 AM start.
When you arrive at Westwind barn, please contact the Volunteer /table coordinator who will determine where you can best be used based on your available time and resources.
We do need some adults with cars to sometimes help drive high school aged volunteers to other parts of the course or shuttle water tables, etc.
If you are interested in taking on a volunteer leadership role, please plan to attend a volunteer-leader planning meeting at Westwind barn on Friday night before the race at about 5 PM for about 1 hour.
